APPOS Travelling Fellowship 2017
Application for 2017 APPOS travelling fellowship was open to our APPOS members in the month of November 2016. After the closing date on 30th November 2016, Dr Leo Donnan organised a selection committee to evaluate the applicants based on several criteria. Out of 10 candidates who have applied, only three were selected for this fellowship. They are as follows:
- Dr Bo Ning from China
- Dr Ki Hyuk Sung From Korea
- Dr Ray An Garcia From Philippines
The travelling fellowship will cover four cities in India and Nepal, and they are Kathmandu, New Delhi, Mumbai, and Goa. Tentative program is as follows:

| Return home | : Travelling home (24th Sept 2017) |
APPOS would like to discuss and formalize the guidelines for selection of fellowship applicants during the board meeting in Goa, India. We hope that for the 2018 travelling fellowship we can advertise the program by October and conduct the selection by end of November 2017. The APPOS 2018 travelling fellowship will end with the 2018 Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association (APOA) biennial congress in Turkey.
